PAYMENT
At the moment of the reservation, to pay through, cash, check, banking discount or postal money order are demanded an equal account to 20% of the total figure them.
The balance of the amount will be paid, exclusively cash, directly to the apartment the day of your arrival. In case the timetable of your arrival had to endure variations or delays, we pray you to perceive by telephone.

PRICES
The prices, exposed in Euro, every day where are not express indicated and comprise always the supply of the bed linen and from bath (that it will be changed weekly), the complete furnishings of pottery and I use it exclusive of the kitchen, services and users (electricity, gas, water, conditioned air), taxes, the I.V.A., the pulizia begins them and final of atmospheres, the first complete breakfast.

NOTICES TO LEAVE
At the moment of the reservation it will be necessary to accept the following conditions in notice to leave case:
until 20 days from departure 20% of the amount (loss of the account)
from 19 to 7 days from departure 30% of the amount
Less than 7 days from departure 50% of the amount

IT ARRIVES And DEPARTURES
Check-in to the arrival it is concurred generally after hours 13:00. In necessity case, previo telephone contact and availability of the premises, it will be possible to anticipate the timetable or to deposit the baggages.
